Welcome to the home page of the Johnson City Amateur Radio Association (JCARA).  We are located in Johnson City, Tennessee (Washington County EM86).

The JCARA provides the 146.790 MHz repeater (W4ABR) on Buffalo Mountain for club activities, general traffic, and support of the Washington County, TN Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES).
